You've put a lot of work into preparing for the day and have decided to trust me to help you on your big day.
Here's what wedding day coordination includes:
1 client meeting to see where you’re up to.
Wedding day report (including, for example: contact details/list of suppliers, schedule of tasks, installation and recovery, appendices, plan A and B, seating plan, table plan, list of photos, music questionnaire, list of children, accommodation, shuttle service, guest emails, etc.).
1 meeting at the venue (or elsewhere) to recap and finalise the report, then send the report to the suppliers.
Contact the wedding party to organise surprises.
Validate organised surprises, parent/childcare information, shuttle bus, accommodation, procession, check access to church/town hall.
1 technical meeting on site the week of the wedding day, collection of payments from suppliers, provision of the finalised schedule.
2 team members present.
Starts at 9am.
Coordination of service providers.
Management of guests and bride and groom.
Coordination of ceremonies, procession, music and guests for the civil, religious or secular ceremony.
Managing surprises during the drinks reception (meeting with witnesses, caterer and DJ).
Acting as an intermediary between the bride and groom and the service providers (e.g. distribute the remaining payments on the wedding day itself).
Managing the transition to the tables.
Coordinating the DJ, head waiter and guests to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
Ensuring that the timetable agreed with the bride and groom runs according to plan.
Managing service providers, guests and key moments.
Service providers' meals.
Departure after the party starts/dessert (around 00:30).
You only get married once, so make the most of it! You and your guests can enjoy this beautiful day without having to worry about a thing. For my part, I take care of everything behind the scenes so that everything you've planned goes perfectly!
Take the time to live in the moment
